- Ongoing reasonable changes to your existing website: staff bios, services, hours, photography, copy revisions, new pages, seasonal updates. It does not cover complete redesigns, custom software, ecommerce platforms, or building an additional website. Those are scoped separately.
- Because this is an ongoing service rather than a one-off project. You're not buying a website and then hunting for someone to maintain it; you're retaining a team that designs, builds, hosts, and manages it continuously.
- No. Pricing for new clients increases as our roster fills, but your rate is locked for as long as you remain an active client.
- It depends on the size of the practice and how quickly we can get content and feedback. You get a realistic schedule after the first conversation, before anything starts.
- Yes. If you already own a domain we point it at the new website and handle the configuration. If you don't, we'll register and set one up.
- Every build is designed for phones as its own experience and checked at multiple widths before launch, not scaled down from the desktop layout. Most practices see the majority of their traffic on mobile.
- Every site is built with sound technical foundations: semantic structure, metadata, structured data, local business markup, fast loading, and a clean sitemap. Broader ongoing SEO campaigns can be scoped separately.
